Weight Watchers

This is what I ate yesterday and today.
  • Let's see for breakfast I had two eggs,buttered toast and a glass of diet Pepsi
  • Snacks in between meals were b-p- on crackers and butter flavored popcorn
  • 1/4 box of Crunch n' Munch
  • at McDonald's I ate a small fries and a McChicken sandwich
  • I had pasta and broccoli and 2 chicken cutlets
  • I skipped Subway and had 2 slices of pizza
  • I drank mostly ginger ale with some diet Pepsi

    I have lost almost 1 pound and am not at my ideal weight yet.
