Well, I wanted to sample foods, but there were none available.Usually there's a girl with little chunks of cheese on a toothpick.I didn't get lucky.
I had a Subway Philly steak and cheese and I just devoured it.
It was that good. Getting back to the scale,no, I can't even go there.
I'll do better starting next week and if I weigh in and do well,fine.
If I weigh in and have done badly, I won't be writing about it.
I love sauteed onions.

Fried Foods and Cholesterol

Eating too much fast food is good for your skin. The fat is a good moisturizer, but it's very bad for your cholesterol.
You  need Omega 3s for beautiful skin and hair.
You need more grains and fresh veggies and fruit.
Pizza and fries should be only once every few months at max.
Diet soda is worse than regular soda. You should only drink water.
You are consuming way too much sugar.
Sugar is very bad for health and skin tone and promotes aging.

Weight Watchers

This is what I ate yesterday and today.
  • Let's see for breakfast I had two eggs,buttered toast and a glass of diet Pepsi
  • Snacks in between meals were b-p- on crackers and butter flavored popcorn
  • 1/4 box of Crunch n' Munch
  • at McDonald's I ate a small fries and a McChicken sandwich
  • I had pasta and broccoli and 2 chicken cutlets
  • I skipped Subway and had 2 slices of pizza
  • I drank mostly ginger ale with some diet Pepsi

    I have lost almost 1 pound and am not at my ideal weight yet.

Losing Weight

I am 5' 11". I weigh 403 pounds.
If not for my height, I'd be a rolling blob. My height makes it possible for me to eat more food than other women. I can also eat richer foods because of my height.
I want to slim down. I want to lose at least one hundred pounds.
The numbers sound scary. One hundred pounds is a lot of weight to lose.
I have the drive to do it.
I'm starting today.

Red Rings around the Eyes

I read that red circles under the eyes are caused by

  1. anemia
  2. lack of sleep
  3. aging
  4. food/medicine allergies
  5. dehydration and caffeine

    I have one of the four. I am aging. Now at the age of 47, no matter what I do, with makeup or without, I have nasty red circles under both eyes. For a long time, I blamed the pc and all the reading I do. I thought it was eye strain.
    Apparently it's not and that's worse for me because it seems like I have to remain looking this way. I've used some concealers but it doesn't seem like they help.

    These stick concealers are very try and pull on the skin.

Achieving Fulfillment

Jewelry is very nice. There's good fakes and cheap fakes. I know a lot about jewelry and one thing straight off is it is not necessary to have jewels and be happy.
What you own does not always apply to fulfillment.
I think the root of fulfillment is your daily agenda. The activities that make up your life.
Life cannot be all excitement or all boredom.
Relationships add to self fulfillment.
Chances are that there are people you lost contact with. That may be good or bad.
If you miss someone this is the right time to get in touch. Online communications are great the way they don't get too personal. If you get a welcome mat great, if you get a rejection that's fine to through the Internet.
